What is Transformational Breath®?

Transformational Breath® was developed over four decades by, Dr J Kravitz, a world-leading breathworker. It's an open-mouthed, conscious breathing technique, with no pauses, which is gentle yet powerful. If you're familiar with Wim Hof, Rebirthing or Holotropic breathwork you'll be interested to know that Transformational Breath® has expanded beyond these modalities, integrating various insights from Kundalini Yoga, breath analysis, sound healing, and acupressure - alongside a spiritual framework that's accessible to all. Personal coaching is also a valuable aspect of the session. In addition to TBF being the go-to breath school for healthcare professionals worldwide, all graduates are accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Is Transformational Breath® suitable for me?

I work with adults of all ages, who come for a variety of reasons, some physical, some mental. Many are just curious to try something new. I work with students and professionals to alleviate stress, mums-to-be and parents in need of some R&R, as well as men and women in their senior years. The most common reasons people get in touch are listed above, but if you need support with a medical or emotional condition not shown please get in touch before booking so we can discuss if Transformational Breath® is the right approach for you. In most cases, it is safe and beneficial to go ahead.
